My name is Damian Stasiak.

I first came to Thailand in 2014 for a month-long holiday. Already then, I knew that one day I wanted to live here. Over the following years, I kept returning almost every year, sometimes even three times within the same year. With every trip I got to know the country, its culture, and the real estate market more deeply.

In 2019 I still wasn’t sure where exactly I wanted to settle. The answer came during my third visit to Thailand that year. As the plane was descending to land on Koh Samui, I looked out of the window and saw villas beautifully nestled on the hillsides. In that moment I knew — this was the place. I didn’t need anything more.

In 2022 I decided to build on the comprehensive experience I had been gaining in real estate since 2009 — as a broker, property manager, and renovation project lead. Thanks to my broad, interdisciplinary background — from IT studies, to postgraduate programs in property management, brokerage, financial markets and securities analysis, and “Doing Business with China” — as well as a diploma in accounting, I am able to combine knowledge from different fields and provide clients with a unique perspective on the investment process.

In my work I value transparency, long-term relationships, and integrity — the alignment between what I say and what I do. For me, investing in property is more than a transaction. It is a process where trust, clarity, and professionalism matter most. My clients appreciate my honesty, precision, and the fact that I can view the market both through the eyes of an investor and as a local resident.

In my free time I admire the natural beauty of Samui or go diving around Koh Tao. It’s a source of peace and inspiration that brings me energy in my professional work as well.
